Customer relationship and service

At Equinorm we build customer relationships that extend the construction of the Equestrian surface. We offer an unique maintenance service in which we regularly assess the footing and, when necessary, renovate, improve, or replace it. This ensures that you always have a surface in top condition.

We will regularly evaluate the equestrian surface and renovate, improve, or replace it where necessary.

We also offer tools that allow you to check the condition of the surface yourself. Does it need a quick drag? Should more watering be done? Or is it time to remove manure? You can assess it yourself and ensure optimal (routine) maintenance..

The quality of our riding arena was very poor. We decided to ask Equinorm for advice. The appointment was made quickly and after we had indicated our wishes, a plan of action followed soon. It also included a clear cost estimate. After we had given our approval, the new riding arena was completed within 14 days!!!! All of this took place in good consultation. We are extremely satisfied with the riding arena and no longer feel stressed when heavy rainfall is expected!

I found it quite difficult to choose who would build our outdoor arena. Simply because I don’t know much about sand and everything that comes with it 😊 but I am very happy with the arena and the service from Equinorm. The arena is used a great deal and jumping takes place in it every day, yet we do not need to drag it often and the footing remains in good condition.
